Spam - not from Milk & Thistle

Sorry we have to meet in these circumstances.

A fake 'PayPal' email has been circulating with the subject: 'You authorised a payment of $480.00 AUD to Danielle Atkinson.'

This is not from Milk and Thistle or PayPal. The email is spam, trying to induce recipients to log in to a fake phishing 'PayPal' account.

There has not been a security breach or loss of customer data on our side.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:

Do not try to 'cancel the payment' via the link in the email. It is not from PayPal, it links to a fake phishing site.

You don't need to take other action apart from marking the email as spam and deleting it (or ignoring it).

There is no real transaction. If you log into your PayPal account direct via PayPal, there should be no record of the fake transaction there.
