PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

 

Deliveries to Australian addresses can be expected to arrive within 3-4 days from the time of shipment. For regional deliveries, please allow an extra 4-5 days depending on your location.

Deliveries outside of Australia can be expected to arrive within 7-14 days from the time of shipment, depending on your location.

When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at info@milkandthistle.com.au

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed witing 24-48 hours of the next business day.

For shipping within Australia, we use Australia Post service. 

 

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA

 

For shipping outside of Australia, we use Australia Post International Post.

CURRENCY, TAXES AND DUTY

 

Note that all payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar currency. Orders to countries outside Australia may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

 

ITEM AVAILABILITY

 

Because stock quantities are not updated in real time, items may be sold out at the time of purchase. If a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

 

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order, however our usual returns process is available. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us via email at info@milkandthistle.com.au immediately. If your order has already been shipped, Milk & Thistle accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered.

If there are any delays to your order, you will be notified via email. Please ensure the email address entered in the checkout is attended. Please note we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, at our sole discretion.

Shipments which are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee. On the instance that a shipment is rejected by the receiver, it is the customer's responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation.

RETURNS

We offer full refund or exchange on full priced items providing items are returned within 7 days. Items are returned in their original condition (unworn and unwashed, tags attached). 

If items are faulty we will make every effort to repair your garment or offer a refund for this item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that have been purchased through an external retail boutique. 

No refunds will be offered on sale or discounted items, but we will happily exchange these items within 7 days.
